Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ. Single units can be ordered. For bulk orders of 3 or more units, we offer preferential pricing and can arrange dedicated factory training.
Q2: What is the lead time after order confirmation?
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days. If the unit is in stock, delivery can be arranged within 7–10 working days. Contact us via WhatsApp for real-time stock availability.
Q3: What engine options are available?
JIANGGAN offers 7 engine options: CG192F, CG292F, Kubota D722, Kubota 902, Yanmar 3TNV74, Yanmar 3TNV80F-5N, and Laidong 3TE25-G36. Kubota and Yanmar engines have established service networks in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Q4: Can I choose the cab configuration?
Yes. The JG5021 and JG5023 series are available in three cab variants: A (open ROPS), B (half canopy), and C (full enclosed cab). Other models are available with open ROPS or half canopy.
Q5: What attachments are compatible?
All models with an auxiliary hydraulic circuit (JG5015 and above) are compatible with hydraulic breakers, augers, tilt buckets, compactors, and other standard mini excavator attachments. Quick-coupler is available on all models.
Q6: What are the shipping terms?
We offer FOB Nanchang and CIF destination. Both FCL and LCL shipments are available. A standard 20-foot container can typically accommodate 2–3 units depending on model size.
Q7: Is CE certification available?
Yes. CE and inspection certificates are available on request for all models, standard for export to European and regulated markets.
Q8: What does the warranty cover?
All JIANGGAN excavators come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and major component failures. Wear items (bucket teeth, rubber tracks, filters) are not covered. Claims can be submitted via WhatsApp or email.
Q9: How quickly can spare parts be dispatched?

Q10: Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the JIANGGAN factory in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. For importers taking 3 or more units, factory-based technical training can also be arranged.
Q11: Can the machines be customised?
Yes. Options include special boom lengths, additional hydraulic circuits, custom paint colours, and branded decals for dealers. Minimum quantity requirements apply — please enquire for details.
